One can only submit documents for which an Apostille was issued, and that Apostille has to be issued for the original copy.
Apart from that, the translation to Italian must be done by a certified translator. A certified translator is a person whose skills have been officially verified by the Italian Consulate.
The Consulate of Spain will accept translations performed at a proper professional level without translators' seals or signatures and without notarisation.
This country is a member to the Apostille Convention, which means it accepts documents with Apostille.
However, there is a treaty between Russia and the Czech Republic allowing the use of documents translated and notarised in the Czech Republic without an Apostille.
In reality, some authorities will require an Apostille, while other won't.
