We accept requests for urgent translation
on weekdays from 9 AM to 7 PM

Make your request for urgent translation during this time,
and we'll calculate the price in 15 minutes.

What if the office is closed (it's the weekend, later than 7 p.m. or earlier than 9 a.m.), and the translation is urgent?
Email us at info@linguamaster.pro to get a quick reply.

Thinking of notarising a translation?
The fastest way is to swing by our office

Wait in our cosy hall, have a cup of coffee, or go see a movie in the Central Children's Store while we're translating and notarising your documents.

Or you can send us those documents electronically and receive the completed translation by courier delivery.

However, we must mention something important. If you need to translate a document with notarisation, you need to confirm your request before 4 PM.

The notary's working day ends at 5:30 PM, so if you confirm your order later than 4 PM, we'll only be able to notarise your translation the next day.

Fast doesn't mean half-hearted
Depending on the tariff, one to five professionals will be working on your text
Even if it's PEMT, we always check the following:
  • Terms and rare words
  • Dates and numbers
  • Units of measurement
  • Currency symbols
  • Special characters

What contributes to a faster speed?
Our specialists work after hours: evenings, early mornings, weekends.
If the text volume is considerable, and translation is needed urgently, we'll involve additional team members.

Take a look at what an urgent translation looks like in reality.
It took us a week to translate 137 pages and complete desktop publishing for 173 pages for the European Operational Analysis (a guide for Rosgosstrakh Life)
We translated 76 pages of economic text for our long-standing clients, Target Global, in one night
We translated 15 thousand pages of course material for the Academy of National Economy in 10 days
We translated and did the desktop publishing for 16 pages of Pryanosti & Radosti restaurant menu in one night

More often than not, urgent orders are done by several people, and the result resembles Frankenstein.
Not with us though.

Yeah, it happens, sometimes, several translators are working on one project simultaneously. However, they are constantly talking to each other and using the same glossary, so that the terminology is consistent throughout the text.

We follow one and the same rule every time:
one project = one team

“Will you be able to provide the translation on time?

I can't be late with this...”.

If we promised you we'll deliver on time, we'll deliver on time.

If we're not sure, we won't make any promises, or we'll warn you of the potential risks.

Your time is money, too. We'll pay if we're late.

At the end of 2019, we introduced a new rule for corporate clients:
if our translation is more than 15 minutes late, it's on us.
