Notarised
translation
of documents
Certifying in 1-2 days
  • We only work with tried and tested notaries
  • We just need a scan to notarise a document
  • We translate and notarise/certify
    documents in 52 languages
If necessary,
notarize

When do you need a notarised translation? If you apply to the authorities
This case usually makes about 90% of all translations
  • getting a visa;
  • submitting documents to the pension fund, tax authority or educational institution;
  • opening an account with a bank;
  • conducting a business deal where notary presence is required

Wondering if you need a notarised translation?
Call us! We'll be happy to help.

You need two experts: a translator and a notary public
Translator
notarises a document with their signature with a notary public presentа
A notary public
certifies the authenticity of translator's signature over the translation

We bind the translation with the (notarised) copy of the document — it is a must!

“Oh, but I don't need to have the document translated, just notarised. I already have a translation! Is that okay?”

We will only certify translations we know for sure are good.

You can have the document proofread + notarised (which is cheaper than translation), or you can have it notarised yourself.

We notarise personal
and business documents

Title documents.

The original name must be given in parentheses
Thinking of notarising a translation?
We will prepare the translation taking the notary's requirements into account
The documents submitted to the notary must be absolutely identical. Therefore, names, addresses, and company names must be indicated both in the language of translation and in the source language.

We offer both certified and notarised translations

Vladimir Korsik
Notary

Vladimir Konstantinovich Korsik is a notary public that we have been working with for more than 10 years. He is the one we turn to most often to have translations notarised. If he happens to be unavailable, we know other trustworthy notaries.

Mr Korsik is available on weekdays until 5.30 p.m., so please leave your request before 2 p.m. in case you need an urgent translation.

You can give us documents
whichever way suits you best.
Take pictures of the documents
and send them via a messenger

E-mail them
to us at info@linguamaster.pro
Bring the documents to the office by yourself or
by courier delivery

We can deliver the finished translation
in any of these ways, too!

Important: a notarised translation and a notarial copy of a document are not the same! You need the original document for production of a notarial copy!

When sending a photo or a scan of a document,
please make sure the image follows these rules:
  • make sure you have a full two-page spread of the document;
  • scan the document in A4 format, centred;
  • remove the document coverи;
  • make sure there are no glares,
    fingers or anything that shouldn't be there;;
  • all pages should be photographedagainst the same background, in the same position;
  • if the document containspoorly readable or poorly visible notes, stamps and seals,
    please provide additional close-up photos of those;
  • specify the correct spelling of the name.

We don't only translate; we interpret, too
We're always happy to help you with translation.

We specialise in translation.
But sometimes what you need is interpreting.

We will offer you
a relevant interpreting option:
  • Simultaneous interpretation for speaking
    at an important conference
    or presentation
  • Consecutive interpretation for cases
    when interpreting skills are not enough,
    and additional expertise is needed
  • Occasionally, one may need to have
    telephone negotiations or a Skype conference interpreted
  • If an official agency requires a translation,
    we can notarise it
